FM GRU Tower Cranes Provo

Established in 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes started as a family business in the Northern Italy's largest industrial location. During the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in constructing bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, various types of presses, forklifts, prefabrication molds and farming machines.



In 1963, the company started crane production. The company eventually invested all of their human resources and financial resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the field of lifting.



Product Line

FMgru sells and manufactures 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These equipments are designed and engineered for a variety of uses and there are units available to cover all construction requirements.



Several units provide really flexible lifting options for companies who are constructing small buildings and private houses. Self-erecting cranes have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity and provide 22 to 40 meters jib range.



Other models comprise topless tower cranes. These cranes have 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are extremely adaptable and user friendly. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building location.



Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are standard tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are great for any building or construction project.



The Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes have 50 meter jibs and are equipped with 12000 kg capacity. These cranes are specially designed to work in tight sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are located near each other.
